Founding engineer at HelloCounsel. We build AI agents for personal injury law firms: a receptionist that answers every call, intake, case opening, medical-records follow-up and client updates.
The problem
Personal injury firms spend hours every day on calls and follow-ups: screening new enquiries, chasing providers for medical records, and keeping clients updated through months of treatment. The work is repetitive, and it still has to be done right.
The approach
- Building the agents and the backend they run on, from the first phone call to the next client update.
- Working across product and engineering as one of the first engineers on the team.
